The Lok Sewa Ewam Gramin Pradhyogiki Vikas Sansthan-LSGPVS is one of the leading voluntary Development Organizations of Uttar Pradesh, India, over in 33 years working in All over India. It has been registered under Societies Registration Act, 1860 in 1989. Its origins are deeply rooted in being influenced by the exploitation of women. Its aim give priority to women, Children & the Socio Economically marginalized sections of Society to work with grassroots initiatives for effecting positive changes in the lives of underprivileged children, their families and communities. ‘LSGPVS’ does this through implementing well contemplated and intended programs in Women & Child Development, Ration & Food support, Health, Nutrition, Menstrual awareness, Maternal and child health, Eye checkup, Scholarship, Sustainable Livelihoods & Entrepreneurship, Gender and Governance, Natural Resource Management and Climate Change themes. The core of the program implementation lies in community action and empowerment of powerless. ‘LSGPVS’ is a professionally managed and well legally compliant organization having the standard HR, finance and program management systems and functions. It has 28 full time salaried staff including 12 first and second line management level staff. There is ten-member Core Management Group in ‘LSGPVS’ to manage this organization and report to chief functionary on day to day basis and periodically/when required to the Governing Board. The CMG is comprised of 10 persons- Head-Finance, Head-HR, Head-Operations, Head-Programs, Head-IT & Admin and five Thematic Vertical Heads.
